AIRLOCK™ 5-Year Anniversary Photo Contest – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The AIRLOCK™ 5-Year Anniversary Photo Contest (“Contest”) is open to individuals 18 years or older at the time of entry. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

Employees of AIRLOCK™, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins on February 10, 2024, and ends on March 15, 2024, at 11:59 PM (EST). Entries received after this time will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must submit an original photo relevant to boating or RV experiences via:

✅ Submission Guidelines:

  • Unlimited entries allowed, but each participant can only win once.
  • Bonus points if AIRLOCK™ is featured in the image.
  • Entries must include a short caption describing the photo (e.g., location, story behind the moment).
  • By submitting, participants confirm they own the rights to the photo and agree to AIRLOCK™’s Terms & Conditions.

4. Photo Requirements

To be eligible, photos must:
✔ Be high-quality and relevant to boating or RV experiences.
✔ Be the original work of the participant.
✔ Not contain offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.

AIRLOCK™ reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these guidelines.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • A panel of judges from AIRLOCK™ will select three (3) winning photos based on creativity, originality, and quality.
  • Each winner will receive a $500 AIRLOCK™ Gift Card.
  • Winners will be announced on March 20, 2024, via email and on AIRLOCK’s social media.
  • If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be chosen.

6. Rights & Usage of Submitted Photos

By submitting a photo, participants grant AIRLOCK™ a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display their submitted images for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes, including but not limited to:

✔ AIRLOCK™’s website, social media, and newsletters.
✔ Digital and print advertisements.
✔ Email campaigns and promotional materials.

Participants retain ownership of their photos but agree that AIRLOCK™ may use them indefinitely without additional compensation or approval.

7. Privacy & Data Usage

  • Personal information collected during the contest will be used only for purposes related to the contest and will not be shared or sold to third parties.
  • By entering, participants agree to receive marketing emails from AIRLOCK™. (Opt-out available at any time.)

8. General Conditions

  • AIRLOCK™ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time for reasons beyond its control.
  • AIRLOCK™ is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or unauthorized use of submitted content.

By submitting a photo, participants confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
