AIRLOCK™ "Stinky Story" Contest - Terms & Conditions

1. ELIGIBILITY

  • The contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees of AIRLOCK™, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  • This contest is void where prohibited by law.

2. CONTEST PERIOD

  • The contest begins on February 17, 2025, and runs for four (4) months, ending on June 17, 2025.
  • AIRLOCK™ reserves the right to modify the contest period at its discretion.

3. HOW TO ENTER

  • Participants must comment on the official contest post by sharing their worst odor experience in a boat or RV and explaining why AIRLOCK™ is the solution.
  • Entries must be original, appropriate, and comply with AIRLOCK™ community guidelines.
  • Only one entry per participant per month is allowed.
  • No purchase necessary to enter or win.
  • Participation in the contest constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

4. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

  • Each month, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
  • Winners will be announced at the end of each contest month via AIRLOCK™'s official social media channels.
  • After the campaign concludes, AIRLOCK™ will announce the four (4) winners no later than July 17, 2025 (one month after the contest ends).
  • Winners will be contacted via direct message and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond, a new winner will be selected.
  • AIRLOCK™ is not responsible for any issues related to message delivery or failure to claim the prize within the allotted time.

5. PRIZES

  • Each monthly winner will receive a $200 AIRLOCK™ e-gift card (valid only on AIRLOCK™'s official website).
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
  • AIRLOCK™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused gift cards.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • By participating, entrants agree to allow AIRLOCK™ to use their submitted stories for promotional purposes.
  • AIRLOCK™ reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate any terms, include offensive content, or appear fraudulent.
  • AIRLOCK™ is not responsible for technical errors, lost entries, or any other issues beyond its control.
  • AIRLOCK™ reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the contest.
  • Participants release and hold harmless AIRLOCK™ from any liability related to participation in the contest or acceptance/use of the prize.

7. PRIVACY POLICY

  • Personal information collected will only be used for contest administration and will not be shared with third parties.

8. SPONSOR

  • This contest is hosted by AIRLOCK™ and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.

9. GOVERNING LAW

  • This contest is governed by the laws of the United States and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.
