Where should I place AIRLOCK Voyage?

Place AIRLOCK Voyage on a flat, stable surface in the area you want to purify — a cabin, stateroom, or RV interior. For best results, keep it in an open area with good airflow and avoid blocking the intake or output vents.

What size space does AIRLOCK Voyage cover?

How does AIRLOCK air purification work?

Does AIRLOCK produce ozone?

Should I leave AIRLOCK running all the time?

AIRLOCK One runs automatically whenever your AC is on — no need to manage it. For AIRLOCK Voyage, you can leave it running continuously or turn it on as needed.

How much power does AIRLOCK use?

Both AIRLOCK One and Voyage are designed to be energy-efficient and draw minimal power. They won't noticeably impact your boat or RV's electrical load.

Do I need to replace any filters?

No. AIRLOCK products use bipolar ionization — there are no filters to buy or replace. That's one of the key advantages over traditional air purifiers.

My AIRLOCK doesn't seem to be working — what should I do?

First, check that the unit is properly connected and receiving power. For AIRLOCK One, make sure your AC system is running. If the issue persists, contact support@airlockusa.com with your order number and a description of the problem.

I notice an unusual smell after installing AIRLOCK — is that normal?

A faint, clean scent during the first few days of use can be normal as the ionization process begins neutralizing existing contaminants. This should subside quickly. If a strong or unusual odor persists, contact support@airlockusa.com.
