REFUND POLICY

At AIRLOCK™, we stand by the effectiveness of our products. If your AIRLOCK™ product doesn’t meet expectations within the first 90 days of purchase, we’re committed to making it right. Here’s how:

  • Collaborate with our expert team to troubleshoot and solve any performance issues.
  • If the issue can't be resolved, we'll refund the full purchase price for a hassle-free experience.
  • To initiate a return, simply contact us at support@airlockpurifierusa.com or through our Help Center.
  • We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for returning your device in the original packaging.
  • Returns without a prior request will not be accepted.
  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.
  • Please note, it may take some days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • For returns not related to product performance, such as a change in circumstances or an accidental extra order, a $10 processing fee plus the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the refund amount.
