AIRLOCK One keeps your air moving, breaking down odors and contaminants before they spread.
It’s like giving your rig a fresh-air reset — every time you step inside.
Does it Produce Ozone?
Does it Produce Ozone?
AIRLOCK One is not an ozone generator.
It uses advanced ionization technology and is UL 867 Certified, which ensures it meets strict safety standards for ozone emissions.
AIRLOCK One operates well below the safety threshold of 0.05 ppm (parts per million)—the maximum continuous exposure limit set by both UL and the FDA. For comparison, that’s the same limit applied to everyday appliances like printers, photocopiers, blenders, and hair dryers.
With AIRLOCK One, you get clean, purified air without harmful ozone—safe for enclosed spaces like boats and RVs.

Jouppi Outdoors
“We cook with a lot of garlic and even make dog food in the RV. During a cold snap, we had no open windows and constant propane. Since installing AIRLOCK, there’s zero odor when we walk in. Works exactly as advertised.”
Cool RV Everything
“I was skeptical, but the first day I ran it for a few hours, the smoke smell was gone. Even the bathroom doesn’t smell musty anymore. It’s hard to explain… there’s just no smell. I’m sold.”
Fitting In Adventure
“A week in with AIRLOCK on our Thor Super C and I’m impressed. I haven’t had to wake up at night to clear my head or use nose spray. Even the kudzu bug smell is barely noticeable. It’s been a great investment.”
Dude RV
“We’ve had AIRLOCKs in all three ACs for a few days now. The biggest difference? My allergies. I barely sneeze anymore—maybe once or twice a day instead of nonstop. That alone makes it worth it.”
Thirteen Adventures
“We used to rely on diffusers, plugins, and chemicals. Then we stopped all of them to test AIRLOCK. After just three days, we noticed it—no smell, just fresh air. AIRLOCK, I love it. Thank you!””

Can I install AIRLOCK One by myself?
Yes, AIRLOCK One is designed for self-installation, and the average setup time is just 15-30 minutes. For step-by-step installation instructions, click here.
Does AIRLOCK One produce ozone?
All current AIRLOCK One products comply with UL 867, the Standard for Electrostatic Air Cleaners, to ensure no more than 0.05 parts per million (ppm) of ozone are produced which is considered no harmful levels of ozone.
Will AIRLOCK One still work if I don’t have an A/C unit and I just have fans instead?
For optimal performance, AIRLOCK One is designed to be integrated with an A/C unit. This is because the system uses the airflow generated by the A/C to distribute ions effectively throughout the vessel, ensuring comprehensive air purification. Without an A/C unit, and using only fans, AIRLOCK One performance may be affected.
Does AIRLOCK One require maintenance?
AIRLOCK One is designed to operate without spare parts, refills, or filters, and typically requires no maintenance. However, if your air conditioning system is located in a particularly dusty environment, we recommend a periodic light cleaning of the ion emitters (brushes) using any soft cloth. Always remember to turn off the power before cleaning.
Does AIRLOCK One ionization damages vinyl, rubber, plastic, or wire coatings?
AIRLOCK One is NOT an ozone generator, and thus, no material deterioration has been observed. Unlike ozone generators that emit 'shock' levels of ozone to clean the air, AIRLOCK One uses Bipolar Ionization Technology to purify the air safely. AIRLOCK One is engineered in compliance with UL 867, which is the Standard for Electrostatic Air Cleaners. It ensures ozone production is limited to no more than 0.05 parts per million (ppm), a level considered harmless.
