AIRLOCK 6Y Anniversary Photo Contest – Terms

1. Eligibility

The AIRLOCK 6Y Anniversary Photo Contest (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees of AIRLOCK, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins on February 15, 2026, and ends on March 22, 2026, at 11:59 PM (EST). Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must submit an original boating photo that fits into one of the Contest categories via email.

Submission Method:
Email your photo(s) to support@airlockusa.com with the subject line: “AIRLOCK Photo Contest Submission.”

Required Information:
Each entry must include participant’s name, location (city and state), and a brief description of the photo.

Categories:

  • Best Sunset
  • Best Trip
  • Memorable Experiences

Unlimited entries are allowed; however, each participant may only win one (1) prize.

By submitting a photo, participants confirm they own the rights to the image and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

4. Photo Requirements

Eligible photos must:

  • Be the original work of the entrant.
  • Be relevant to boating and the Contest categories.
  • Not contain offensive, inappropriate, or unlawful content.

AIRLOCK reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these requirements.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

A panel of judges selected by AIRLOCK will evaluate entries based on creativity, originality, and quality.

Winners will be announced on March 27, 2026, via email and on AIRLOCK’s social media channels.

Prizes include:

  • One (1) YETI Tundra 65 Cooler + one (1) AIRLOCK One
  • One (1) Magma A10-803 Grill + one (1) AIRLOCK One
  • One (1) AIRLOCK One + one (1) AIRLOCK Voyage

If a selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, an alternate winner may be chosen.

6. Rights & Usage of Submitted Photos

By submitting a photo, participants grant AIRLOCK a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute the photo for any purpose related to AIRLOCK’s business, including but not limited to:

  • Social media, website, and newsletters
  • Digital and print advertising
  • Email campaigns, promotional materials, and trade shows

Participants retain ownership of their photos but waive any right to compensation or further approval for AIRLOCK’s use of the submitted material.

7. Privacy & Data Usage

Personal information collected through the Contest will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Contest and awarding prizes. By entering, participants consent to receiving marketing communications from AIRLOCK (opt-out available at any time). AIRLOCK does not sell or share personal data with third parties unrelated to the Contest.

8. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree that AIRLOCK, its affiliates, and employees shall not be held liable for any:

  • Lost, late, misdirected, or corrupted entries
  • Technical failures, unauthorized access, or other issues beyond AIRLOCK’s reasonable control
  • Claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation or acceptance or use of any prize

9. General Conditions

AIRLOCK reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest if technical difficulties, fraud, or other causes beyond its control compromise the integrity of the Contest. AIRLOCK’s decisions on eligibility, winners, and interpretation of these Terms are final and binding.
